In her Yoga teaching she draws from her training in Ashtanga, Hatha, Anusara, and Iyengar with a touch of Qigong.
Her goal is to teach her students to practice mindful exercise with progression, precision, alignment, breathing and relaxation.
All play a large part in obtaining the foundation necessary to excel to a higher level with ease and injury free.
Marjorie believes that one has to be a constant student of life in order to remain a good teacher. She loves to learn and to connect with her practitioners. |
